The Streets Made Festival 2020 (Cancelled)

England, 1st August 2020.

I read on Sickers‘ Instagram that this festival is coming. Also Máté and Strange Days Indeed sent me this.

I need to know a date. Mark, Roos and I are planning a holiday in the UK this summer. I might be able to go to this festival as well. I need to discuss this with Mark.

I asked Cassell and Mike if it’s a Saturday. They both confirmed that its a Saturday and on 1st August. Oh this looks perfect. Instead of going home on the 1st, we can extend the holiday? Hopefully Mark agrees with this.

The D.O.T. Birmingham 2012

Birmingham, England, 25 October 2012

Ted sorted me and Ozzy out again. And Clare offered to let me stay, luckily Ozzy was welcome too. Also Shep and Jamie, and Shep’s girlfriend Kate are coming, also Lizz and Abbie will be there.

I woke up at 7ish in Hillegom, because Mark had to go to work, I had some stuff to do at my house in Dam because I have hardly been in for the last month. When that was done I watched “Step Up“. I love that movie. I love Channing Tatum it was finished just before 9:30am, a couple minutes later Ozzy arrived. Just before 10am we left to get the bus to the airport. We checked in online already, we only had hand luggage (That was a tip we got from Mike in Solana Beach), so we got through very quickly.

The Streets Birmingham 2011

Birmingham, England, 25 February 2011

I had the flight at 9.40 from Amsterdam, well it was 50 minutes delayed but finally at about 11 I arrived in Birmingham. Burke would pick me up.

The scary thing is, I have thought for months that I would arrive at 11, while on my boarding pass it said 10am. And in the end it was 11 anyway. When I told Burke, he wanted to know the winning numbers for the lottery haha

The Streets Glasgow 2011

Glasgow, Scotland, 19 February 2011

I woke up at Callum‘s place at 6am, thought my head was going to explode.  I still had a headache. Still a migraine. 2 hours later when Laurence and Ozzy were awake, I finally felt better, probably because I had a shower and I knew I was going to get some food.

We said goodbye to Callum‘s girlfriend Chelsea, poor girl had to work, and we got dressed and ready to leave to the Haymarket train station, Callum was still asleep. We left him a note.
