The Streets Glasgow 2011

Glasgow, Scotland, 19 February 2011

I woke up at Callum‘s place at 6am, thought my head was going to explode.  I still had a headache. Still a migraine. 2 hours later when Laurence and Ozzy were awake, I finally felt better, probably because I had a shower and I knew I was going to get some food.

The Streets Brussels 2008

Brussels, Belgium, 20 November 2008

I woke up at 5am at home in Haarlem. I had to go to work (Bloomberg in Amsterdam) I took the night bus. I was in a hurry ‘cos I brought something from work with me, so I had to give it back and after that I needed to go to my other place (Nestlé) also by bus and metro, where I also work.

The Streets Nottingham 2008

Nottingham, England, 18 October 2008

Mike and Ted had an idea to borrow items of fans at some gigs. When they picked an item, the winner could take a +1, they would get to party with them that night, they’d get a transfer to the next gig, a place to sleep, access to the next gig, party at the next gig and transport back home. WOW that sounds awesome!

The Streets Rock en Seine Festival 2008

Paris, France, 29 August 2008

In the meantime, I’ve moved from Hillegom to Haarlem. The day before the gig I took the train from Haarlem to Rotterdam, Ozzy picked me up there and we drove to Ozzy’s house in Krimpen aan den IJssel. His place is closer to Paris then mine.

My mate Ozzy and I woke up at about 6ish and left Ozzy‘s house at 7.15… on our way to Paris… within 5 hours (with 3 stops) we arrived on the Camping Paris Ouest. I text Stephan that we arrived and on what camping spot we were. We have a bigger tent now, the one we had in Luxembourg, was too small.
